Client got a new machine yesterday (Sage 100 Adv 2014 PU4). Today, when she prints the 2nd PO in a row (from Quick Print), it is combining a previously printed PO with the current PO. Like the Work file appended instead of created new. I gave her a new user name and same thing. DId not change the computer name yet. Anyone ever seen this? Anyone who can read code tell me how such a thing could even happen?????

    Is antivirus excluded for M4Ts?

Have you tried reinitializing the Crystal work files?

I have not reinitialized yet - it's only happening for one user on one computer - but that will be a next step if the AV isn't an issue.

I am betting that it is the av. Think there is a post somewhere in the way back machine for it. AV is not allowing the file workfile to be deleted.....

Update on this - started happening on more new machines. Finally checked security and Full Control was NOT checked for Sage 2014 folder and if you went down through the details, one of the Delete's was not checked. Yay, IT's fault. :-)

Glad you got that sorted. If you ever want to see where permissions change in a folder/sub-folder, you can always use AccessEnum (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897332), a great little utility.

Very cool @SteveIwanowski - didn't know that about sysinternals.
