Client getting error in any bank recon report - Unable to preview BR_xxx.rpt Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002000B (DISP_E_BADINDEX)) Rebuilt BR files. Rebuild GL_Account, GL_BankCode, GL_PeriodPosting. Pulled their BR_Transaction file over to my machine and no error. Nothing on Sage that I can see. Help....

Invalid index when starting MAS90 entry on knowledgebase says to uninstall and reinstall workstation setup and points to a dll issue.

Just one more time someone finds something on the KB and I can't, I am really going to pitch a fit... wait, I pitched a fit last time and it did no good. FINE. Your invalid index was better than MY invalid index. Rant, rant... but at the root of it all - THANKS SO MUCH, @RonGouveia !!!!!

Maybe it was because I did it in the archive knowledgebase?

OK, so that doesn't appear to be it - it happens on more than one machine and still happens on the original machine after repairing the workstation setup. Anyone know what all files (can't be many) are accessed by Bank Rec reports?

I don't see anything outside of BR. Did you rebuild sorts. I wonder about reinitializing the work file.

Rebuilt everything. I'll try that reinitialize thing.
