Does anyone have the instructions to setup the click & pay when a client is on a prior version to Sage 100 2020?  I know this exists as I pretty much had it setup for my company years ago until I found out I could not include a required (needed) UDF field.  I know an account has to be setup with paya.  I know APS has a solution.  My client uses paya and I will get to their 2020 upgrade in about a month.  Needless to say, "They need it now".

I don't believe there was/is click-to-pay functionality with Paya on Sage 100 versions prior to v2020.

It was not specifically with Paya.  It was Sage Payment Solutions.  I know had to install a file and get an account set up with Sage Payment Solutions.  I had it about ready to go, however I could not bring my UDF's into the invoice that was getting e-mailed.  It was functionality that was taught back in the day when Sage had the big conferences.

Hmm, I don't recall that being available with SPS either.  I wonder if it was a separate additional add-on or something from SPS directly.

Thanks!  I will ask Kent Mackall with Sage.

Keep us posted. I’m interested in what Paya offers.

I think Paya under Sage Payment Solutions had something for a short while that would send out emails for payment. You couldn't use your own Crystal Reports. You had to create a form on their site and it imported into their site the invoice info that would then email to the customer. I think it would then come back in to Cash Receipts. I remember looking at it and not being that impressed. I don't think they got a lot of people using it and with all the issues they dropped it within a year or less. Then they tried it again a couple of years later and that is what they have now for 2019 and 2020 versions.

That is exactly what I am talking about.  I remember trying to customize their form.  I know the 2020 version has this, but I am unaware the 2019 version has this.

I believe the 2019 version has it but it is specific to a Product Update. Not sure which one.

That was a long time ago and the service was discontinued.  Even if you were running an old version of Sage 100,  I don't think it would work.
