  • 1.  Cleared info missing in AP Vendor

    top of head blows off

    Yesterday a client called to ask me about the Cleared information missing from a vendor and they had all the backup paperwork proving the check was marked cleared in Bank Rec.  I told them to keep an eye on it...

    And then last night I got an email from a different client asking about the same darned thing.

    The mysteries have reached a boiling point - we have random missing Bank Account Numbers, missing cleared information, disappearing print screens on 64 bit, a BICORE error in SI, and the DTR 32 bit issue and NONE of them have a resolution.  I may have to learn Intacct yet...

    Could it be related to; 

    Using a manual check number that starts with "E" and Enable ACH Electronic Payments is selected in Accounts Payable Options
