    I have a client that wants to get online ordering setup to integrate with Sage 100.  CimCloud seems to be a great option.  Who should I contact at CimCloud.  Would anyone recommend others?  This client has True Commerce, but they are not looking to do EDI with all customers.

    CIMcloud is good. I have a customer going live with it now. It is particularly good if the customer is B2B and also needs B2C, and if they want a turnkey solution. 
    But if it's a straight B2C need, then they have other options to consider, also. If you'd like to briefly discuss, feel free to call me.

    Customer has website already and needs integration - ROI
    Customer does not have a website / web developer and wants one that integrates - CIMcloud

    With minor exceptions, I don't get involved otherwise. Too many meetings and Q&A sessions for which I've found it very difficult to be paid for. I also disclaim whatever a third-party ( other than above ) says they can do with respect to integration to Sage. I've had more than a few web developers overpromise and not deliver then the last mile integration ( which is usually pretty technical and sometimes impossible ) gets thrown at me and the owner is upset that the original developer didn't deliver. 

    My experience is almost always that most web developers who don't work in the Sage world overpromise then bad mouth Sage 100 when they cannot make the integration work the way the customer expects.

    My experience is identical to Wayne's.  We use CIMCloud if they haven't yet connected their website and want real time integration with Inventory, or we use ROI to link the orders from the Website to be imported to Sage.   And again - same as Wayne - in the past we have had so many web developers who develop a magnificent website for the client, but they can't link to the Sage proprietary database, and then end up bashing Sage 100.  CIMCloud pricing has changed dramatically with the subscription-based pricing they announced this year and it really is more affordable than ever before.  And ROI has always been reasonably priced, but again, there are the extra steps of importing/exporting using VI with ROI.

    Certipro has eLink an integration between Magento shopping cart and Sage 100.  I have a couple of customers using it and it works great.  Also, True Commerce has a product that integrates Sage 100 to Shopify.
