Is anyone familiar with the attached message that my Sage 2019 + Sage CRM client gets every month when they start Period End Processing? I have never seen this message before nor have heard of a CI_LockInfo table or other reference. Sage has told them that they need to reboot the server each time, which gets them by only to have it happen again the next month. On top of that, there are a lot of users that are no longer active that are showing on this list. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
