This problem can be taken off Urgent.
The issue was that the Excel Data Source Settings was pointing to a test CompanyCode that was missing CI_Item.

I'll try that. I've been seeing those, but the issue is only with the one file (CI_Item) that was restored, I'm thinking it has more of an issue with the data dictionary that's different for OLEDB. Also, this is 32-Bit Excel.

Have you tried forcing an Excel update? There have been some recent issues with Excel related to updates that were corrected by MS.

Is PvxSec32.dll or PvxSec64.dll missing from the \MAS90\ folder or
Is PvxSec64.dll missing from C:\Windows\System32\ or is PvxSec32.dll missing from C:\Windows\Syswow64\ ?
