Thanks @Wayne Schulz Yes, trying to value price custom reports can be tricky. A lot of times the research needed to figure out how or if a report can best be completed takes almost more time than actually creating the report.
Fortunately the customer this report is for is on my premium subscription plan, aka the all-you-can-eat program. I am not quoting a price. I am just doing the report for the customer because I know he places great value on it. In fact, instead of stressing on the specifics of the transaction (payment method, specific fields, follow up issues, etc.), I am looking for ways to create more value so that payment keeps getting deposited in my bank account each month.

DataSelf has quite a few of these types of reports.
I know my biggest issue has been (a) getting the customer to pay me for the reports, (b) getting the customer to specify exactly what they want on the report, and then (c) after the report is delivered, the customer sometimes requests a bunch of changes.
I'm also always leery of creating a report on "Spec" (i.e., not being paid upfront ) and then finding I could get 98% of the way there but not being able to get all the way there (due to slow speed or links that don't work.
