Happy Monday! We have a Board Meeting this Thursday and lots of post conference updates.
I am begining to build out the retreat and need your travel plans. I will be making the hotel reservations this week so I need from each of you an email detailing what dates you would like your room. I know some people have wanted to extend their stay by a day or two and we are able to extend the rate.
Please email me with Chicago in the header with the dates that you would like a hotel reservation. For anybody who may be driving, or renting a car and needing parking, I am unable to secure any reduced parking. The parking structure used by the hotel is owned by a different company. So it's worth noting parking is $75 per day.
I will have more updates at the board meeting this week. But in the interim if you have your travel arrangements made, please send me an email and let me know exactly what dates or any room preferences that you may have.
The tentative schedule will be:
Welcome Dinner - Wednesday evening (TBD)
Thursday and Friday full day retreat planning including dinners following meeting.
Saturday - depending on everyone's departure time we may just plan a breakfast together.
