Hello everyone 

We are trying to prepare a rather tight budget for our retreat in May.  Can you please check your airfare from your home airport to Chicago for the following dates: 

May 15 - May 18, 2024.  Please check the first flights in and the last flights out as we are trying to get the most out of the 3 nights. 

Can you post your quoted airfare here in the next few days? Thanks!

I can book a flight PHL to ORD for 8 am arrival Wed. 5/15/24 and 7 pm depart 5/18/24 for less than $250.  As soon as you are a "go" for those dates, let me know so I can book.

Flying anywhere out of Fresno is always expensive. I can arrive by 6 pm on the 15th and depart on the 18th at 5 pm for $982. Departing at 6:30 pm is not much difference in cost. If you have found a replacement board member for me, that person can likely fly for less than I can.

Looking at both major airports, I can arrive very early to MDW, but not until 2pm at ORD. Latest leaving is MDW at 2:30. Airfare is between $315 and $400 (today).  Taking an taxi/Uber to hotel should also be considered.

Really (i mean obnoxiously) early from ATL to ORD starts around $330 and MDW $460.  I may be able to do a combination for in the middle as well.  I may have Vicki join me on Saturday and flying out Sunday does not change cost at all.

I can land at ORD by 12:11 pm on May 15, 2024, and fly out at 6:28 pm on May 18, 2024, for $405 at current rates.  I have set Dr. Google to track the cost of flights.
