This is kind of a weird one.  Customer on v5.40/2017 on Virtual Desktops.  2 employees print the same check to the same printer (and they are MICR Printed checks).  When 1 employee prints checks for vendors whose addresses are more than 3 lines, the city/state/zip line is cut off.  Yet the other employee can print it just fine.
Same Printer, Same Form Code. Same Company Code, Same, Same, Same (so they say!)

Different paper types (which would mean different rpt's)?

    Hi there -

Possibly a printer driver issue.  Are both workstations using the same operating system version (ie windows 8 or windows 10 etc)?

Check the printer driver versions on both machines.

Here is how on Windows 10:
    1) Click the Windows Start button (Windows Logo button in lower left corner of the screen) type   Print Management    then select the app that appears.
2)Next expand the Print Servers menu node then choose the local machine name and expand that node
3)Now there should be a Drivers item in the list.  Click Drivers.  Look for the printer  name and the Driver Version to the right.

Note the driver on the workstation that works.  Is it the same as the non-working PC?

To uninstall the driver on the non-working PC, click the driver in the list then on the right side of the screen choose the MORE ACTIONS item under the printer name.   One of the options in the menu that appears will be Remove Driver Package.  Clicking that option will remove the driver, then you can google to find/reinstall the driver version from the working PC.
