Content Library Steering Committee

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the short notice, but I just found out my daughter's running with the 1s for the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay tomorrow, and I must see that live, so I'm not going to make the meeting.

I did have two things I was going to bring up:

1) Please review our Committee Charter and let me know if we want to make any changes before next month's Board Meeting. I was planning on keeping things as-is, but we can certainly update it.

2) For the metrics at the bottom of the Charter, I think we've successfully reported our "recent activity" monthly, but do we have a count of how many users we added to Google Drive last year?  That's probably an Anne question.

Steve this looks good to me. Another metric that I think would be useful would be some type of unique monthly visitors. I think that encouraging our existing members to post or comment is something that adds a lot of value to the group and it makes gathering technical information much easier - especially with new releases.

I'm not sure if that's a Content Library goal or whether it crosses over into another committee.
