I have a customer where salesperson ABCD left, and they are replaced with EFGH.
This customer uses split commissions regularly, so many customers are set up with at least two salespeople.
The AR Global Customer Field Change appears to only impact the primary salesperson and ignores the Salesperson2 through Salesperson5 ( if present ), which are used for split commission.
Visual Integrator is one solution
I'm curious whether I've overlooked an option in the Global Customer Field Change or is your experience the same and that Global change only impacts the primary salesperson?
