  • 1.  Changing salespeople when they are part of split commission

    I have a customer where salesperson ABCD left, and they are replaced with EFGH.

    This customer uses split commissions regularly, so many customers are set up with at least two salespeople.

    The AR Global Customer Field Change appears to only impact the primary salesperson and ignores the Salesperson2 through Salesperson5 ( if present ), which are used for split commission.

    Visual Integrator is one solution

    I'm curious whether I've overlooked an option in the Global Customer Field Change or is your experience the same and that Global change only impacts the primary salesperson?

    I'm going to presume that the AR Global Customer Field Change is not in fact global and only impacts the primary salesperson. I'll add this to the "let us do Sage's job for them" list...

    Not the answer to your question, but perhaps convince the client to assign salespeople by region, group, etc.  This eliminates the swap out based on personnel changes, but not resolve the global replace issue you mention above.

    Perhaps we can get this on the same support ticket that Laura Dy asked about two weeks ago.
