  • 1.  Changing Passwords

      I just upgraded from 2019 to 2022 Advanced. We are having problems with multiple users having their password changed by the system, this has even been happening to our company account. We get the message below.

    When I go to SY_USER the encrypted password is no longer the same as it was before, and we have to continuously reset the passwords.   This has happened 30 times in the last week.  Any Ideas?

    If you did a test migration, but did not repeat the "system" portion when going Live, the pre-test-migration passwords would be active.

    This may have happened to me with an upgrade from 2021 to 2023.  I also encountered issues with logging on when the user was set for auto logoff.  Strange and unresolved.  I will come back to it later this week.
