  • 1.  Changes to User not in activity log

    We have a user on Sage100 v 2022 advanced , where they locked a user in November, but it does not show up in the system activity log.  Other users that are locked do show up with one row in the activity log that the user was modified, and the text file has the details.

    Has anyone else seen where changes to the user are not always present in the activity log ?

    Check for an "Expires" date, previously set, in advance.  The user would become automatically locked on that date, when it arrives, without an edit through User Maintenance.
