    Certification Exams: These have always been a source of confusion for me, so I periodically call Education to establish our status. In an e-mail from Natalie Grizzle (Manager, Training), she indicated that for our current X3 competencies in process, we need to complete the assessments by 1/31/2013, because they will be transitioning to another system to deploy the exams and certifications (It's called a ""learning management system"" - I hope it's not like Atlas.). As of 1/31/2013, they will expire all outstanding exams, there will be a blackout period of about 2 weeks, and then new exams will be available. In inquiring about this, she indicated this is for ALL products and exams.

    I'm sure that the new system will be good. Look at Sage's track record.

    That might explain why we've not seen any new certification requirements for Sage 100, except the CRM integration test due 12/31/12.

    Am I just lost or is there somewhere other than your profile on SageU.com to see your status??? I'm pretty sure I renewed my CC status and registered for some assessment that I saw on my profile. Now, I see NOTHING on my profile... ""All I want for Christmas is (to know) my next two steps... my next two steps.... my next two steps...
