Certainly not urgent support but: Customer is upgrading to v2015 standard. They want to start scanning AP invoices and are asking for a good compatible desktop scanner. Advised them most scanners today should be ok, but they've had problems in the past with other software so are asking for recommendations? Anyone have any suggestions? Need good quality and speed. Thanks

We use the Fujitsu ScanSnap ix500 for desktop scanning - it's fast, crystal clear and handles documents that are in less than perfect condition. The software was easy to configure so it pops up, asks for a document name and saves as a PDF to a specified location where it can be attached to the AP invoice memo. We have a few clients using it and also use it internally.

I concur with @JeffSchwenk and @BernieLehman Fujitsu is the way to go. Used by 2 of my CPA clients for HEAVY document scanning.
