    This doesn't read as if it were voluntary. Usually if they're leaving on their own they get a good paragraph or two of praise. If they are leaving for a competitor they don't even get mentioned.

    I don't think this line appears in voluntary departures: ""... is leaving Epicor to pursue other interests both personally and professionally.
