We are pleased to announce that Joe Cowan a highly-experienced software executive has joined Epicor as President and Chief Executive Officer. Joe succeeds Pervez Qureshi, who has stepped down to pursue new opportunities. We are excited to bring an executive of Joe's talent and experience in to lead Epicor. He brings more than 20 years of executive management experience in the software and technology industry to the company. Joe has a proven record of success in leading both public and private enterprise software companies in the ERP, SCM and financial services sectors. In addition, he has also been deeply involved with a number of leading companies that have developed innovative, next-generation technologies and applications for cloud services and storage, inference analytics, big data and enterprise content management.
Joe has an impressive track record of growing technology and enterprise software companies and taking them to the next level. Prior to joining Epicor, Joe was Chief Executive Officer and President of Online Resources Corporation, a leading provider of internet banking, bill payment and electronic finance services to financial institutions. Previously, he served as CEO of Interwoven, Inc., a global leader in enterprise content management software, until its acquisition by Autonomy in 2009. Joe has significant technology and enterprise software experience having served in leadership roles at Manugistics, EXE Technologies and Invensys/Baan.

With this appointment, Pervez Qureshi is leaving Epicor to pursue other interests both personally and professionally. We thank Pervez for all of his contributions in building Epicor over the past two years.
