Client is asking for a contact at Repay to express their frustration to.
APS was good, but Repay's business practices are questionable and their customer service sucks. We'll talk next week.
Is there such a person???
Is it time to introduce my other Repay clients to another merchant processor?

Thanks @Todd Martin but the move if it is made would be from Repay.

We have a way for you to get the Paya CC if you need to get it. Message me and I can talk to you more about it. It is ONLY for Paya data. It will not get data from others like APS, Century, Fortis, etc.

Note: converting from Paya would be smooth, but Century likely has no way to convert Repay vault data to the Century vault.
If there is a large amount of data, plan accordingly (for probable manual entry).

We have several clients switch from PAYA to century over the last few years I don't get any complaints. And their pricing structure is straightforward and clients like that. I'm not sure how that compares to APS though.
I'm always pleased with their technical support team.
