Anyone had a response/spoke to someone/left a message with them since about noon yesterday?  I emailed support yesterday at noon, (who are usually super fast), then again early this afternoon, and also mailed Sales AND tried to call in.  Got the first "receptionist", but after selecting an extension or 1 for customer support, it just dies, either via landline or cell.

I believe they are located in the Irvine CA area - we had a fire break out in foothills last night that may be affecting transmission lines.
