  • 1.  CC and BCC Email addresses in PR

    Demonstrating paperless employee DD remittance advice to client using v2020 and PR v2.20.2.  Tried to send the email PW confirmation to all three fields - TO, CC and BCC but only the TO email address is sent.  Tried the same test on my office email and there to only the TO email is sent so this seems to rule out their O365mail configuration.  VERY strange that this new feature is not Working As Designed..........

    Are there additional fields in set up that need to be activated?  I have looked high and low.

    Thoughts?

    Yes.  I even changed the order by having a different one of the three be in the TO field.  In that test, an email was received for each of the TO's.  The CC and BCC failed each time.
