Has anyone run into an issue [recently] where the full credit card # is no longer viewable on a specific pc regardless of who logs into Sage 100, but it works elsewhere?  This is happening in the customer maint credit card screen upon clicking Edit.  And you can see that it very quickly flashes the whole number but then only shows all x's and the last 4.

Someone else posted a few weeks ago but no responses yet: https://communityhub.sage.com/us/sage100/f/personalization-customization-and-productivity-tools/213031/can-t-see-credit-card-numbers

I haven't seen it, but when I run into something goofy like that, I usually try renaming the my_documents\Sage 100 folder.

Thanks, @Mary Jo Krueger!  That sounded very promising but no-go.  I renamed it and let Sage 100 auto-recreate it, but still have the issue.  What the heck, man?!

Apparently this is due to the Paya 2.0.3.20 Update.  Argh!!  Wish I saw @Kevin Moyes post sooner: https://communityhub.sage.com/us/sage100/f/unique-business-challenges/213190/paya-vault-only-data-always-masked?ReplySortBy=CreatedDate&ReplySortOrder=Ascending

The client says their main reason for wanting to see the entire card number is because sometimes the information is unknowingly entered incorrectly into the system, causing the credit card to be declined.  So they contact the customer and first confirm the card # is correct.  However, I explained that I don't see how that's possible because it won't even let you enter an invalid cc (at least based on the algorithm), but she claims that has in fact been the case.  So we agreed to wait and see if it happens again and if it is in fact a bad card # issue.  And she'll remind the other users NOT to install the Paya Update so that the full cc #'s can still be viewed elsewhere.

Also, if the customer doesn't want to integrate credit card processing to Sage 100 yet still wants to use the software to look at the full credit card number, so they can manually process a card externally.

Paya (now Nuvei) has responded on Sage City.  The news is not good.

I agree @Kevin Moyes this is a very problematic issue for our clients. @Anne Sawyer anyway we can get this concern/issue in front of our contacts at Sage?
