Can't locate any material that explains the national account functionality in AR. Can someone point me in that direction?

I doubt if there is any. To summarize - invoices post to the OpenInvoice file using the national account. Invoice History still by the Sold To/Ship To. Customer Sales Analysis can go either way. Statements just by national account, but you can print the sold to on each line.

Did you check the U-tubes for 4.5? There's one for National Accounts, but I don't remember if it's useful.

Check this video - not sure if it's the same one Barbara is mentioning http://na.sage.com/sage-100-erp/~/media/site/sage-100-erp/lp/45_release/html5/iph_national.html

You can also access the original Sage Ext Sol's website here: http://www.sagesoftware.com/mas90/ext_solutions/ (http://www.sagesoftware.com/mas90/ext_solutions/files/AR/ar-1068.pdf) I thought of posting what @RobertWood did, but thought it could be misleading since history has shown that Ext Sol's that have been incorporated into the standard product don't always contain the exact functionality as when it was an Ext Sol.

    Hunh! That site's still up.

I figure it's as close to documentation as you're going to get. You're right that the implementation as a feature rarely matches the Extended Solution.
