Can't Launch File Layouts and Program Informaton MAS90 V4.50.02 I have a client that just purchased VI and we were doing training today. I tried to open ""File Layouts and program information"" from the Resources Tab in MAS90. Nothing happens (all the other links work, such as ""what's new"", Getting Started"" etc). I checked to make sure popup blocker was turned off and the user checked the other 3 workstatations all have the same result (can't launch this). I believe the server is Windows 2008. The wrokstation we were on was Windows XP workstation I'm not sure about the athers. . Has anyone run into this? Theclient will ned it to continue to use VI and I could not find any hits on Sage support knowledgebase

For a while there was some flukey stuff that was Windows security related - I'm not sure if you're seeing the same thing but I've used this a few times (although it's been years) -- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896054

Did you run the WKSupdate90.exe when you did workstation setup? I know this file contains updates to the Help; not sure if it also affects file layouts.

The file layout info is kept on the workstation in the help folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Common Components\Help so I would guess @EdWlodarczyk has the right idea.

THANKS. That was right on the money - I had them re-run workstation setup and wksupdate and it fixed the problem!
