  • 1.  Can't install VI, not given option to select it

    I attempted to install VI for a v2019.4 system, using the current keys in the Sage portal which clearly include VI – but during the installation I was not able to add/install VI as it wasn't on the list of modules/items to choose from (and VI is not installed, although now I'm wondering if it's maybe possible it was installed at some point but then removed). I also tried with the keys currently in use in the client's Sage 100, but no-go. Waiting for a response from Sage on the assumption this is Portal/Keys-related.

    Did you check: file, run, sy_menu_ui?  It may have been changed so VI doesn't display on the menu.

    Check this document that I have used in the past. It is older, and doesn't give the specific Registry path for 2022 though (only through 2021)
