Can't get rid of inventory value. Version 4.5.4.0. Client was cleaning up inventory. Ran negative tier adjustment, which cleared an OVERDIST tier, then physical count to bring QOH to 0.00. Looks like this: Receipt # Receipt Date QOH Unit Cost Inv Value OVERDIST 40- 1.8 72- G12345 2/22/12 22 2.5 55 Phy Cnt 12/11/12 18 2.5 45 Total 0.0 0.0 28 Negative Tier Adjustment Register doesn't pick it up when I run it again. Tried the IM Balancing Utility, but it didn't seem to do anything that I can tell. No report, no feedback from it. Anyone dealt with this?

Not in 4.5 but a long time ago. I think we had to put a date in the OVERDIST tier.

It's the Committed fields. I have cleared them manually, but this is supposed to do it for you. (4.4.8) Two new hidden utilities have been added: IM_CommitCheckClear_utl and IM_ClearCommitDataEntry_utl. Please call Support for assistance in using these two new utilities.

When I try to run these utilities: File/Run /syzcon, then run ""IM_Commitcheckclear_utl, I get an Error 12. No can find.

I believe they might be in the IM program folder. I think I remember a post that required they be moved to the utility directory.

@JohnBroadfoot , I'll be darned, actually you copy them from the Utility folder to the IM folder. There's documentation on them, too. You know, I've never peeked into that Utility folder before. Also found a Word doc on a utility to rebuild the PO_PurchasesHistory table from the PO_ReceiptHistoryHeader and Detail tables. Huh.
