Something about this sounds familiar from long ago in my past but I can't find any help on this.  I have a client with a Sage 100 Advanced install and I've tried to get the debug command to work and it just won't.  I've added Debug=1 to the Config section of the sota.ini file in the workstation Launcher folder. I have Allow External Access checked on for the company.  I need to activate debugging to see if a script is even firing but after saving the change to the sota.ini file and reaccessing sage, the extra two options from the drop-down menu - About Providex and Debugging Environment - won't appear. Am I having a senior moment or is something just weird in their environment?

For Advanced and Premium, this changed some versions ago. I don't know which INI file it is specifically now but if you add Debug=1 to the workstation's SotaPgm.ini, SotaChr.ini and \Home\pvx.ini and restart the Launcher it should be available now. The when you have the Trace window up, choose Host trace (or whatever its called)
