HI All,  Have a client on 2014 Advanced, with ACS W/O mods.  They have had 2 instances where in Shipping data entry where shipped field is grayed out.  The same sales order is fine in Invoice data entry.  There is quantity on hand.  There is only one custom office setting for all users/all companies (plus you can't disable grid fields in any case - Customize says so if you open the grid).  The only way to do the entry is to put the item code in the box above the grid used for scanning but it is cumbersome as the client uses serial #s.  Sage looked twice but neither of us could see anything and of course they could not escalate the issue.   The client has shipped thousands of orders and only 2 have had the issue. 
Any thoughts? ​

What happens if you create a duplicate SO?  Of the two that are jammed, any similarities?  Rebuild the sort tables?
