Sorry it didn't work for your client. I wrote a confusing message. A full uninstall/reinstall of the Sage workstation after making sure all Windows updates and .NET were installed on the workstation did not resolve the issue. The copy/paste did work.

Update: the issue is still unresolved, but Nathan from Sage discovered that Sage is looking for a DLL in the wrong location. The solution was to manually copy System.Net.Http.dll from one location to another. Note: IT & I did a full workstation uninstall/reboot/reinstall on the TS after this discovery, but that did not resolve it. .

In our case, Sage told us not to install 2.23.2. They said it was intended to be installed only in those instances where NO communication is allowed. Since taxes calculated when initiated on local machines, they said this fix didn't apply. They told us it could cause issues if installed where communication already works.

I know that this Sage KB/Download is for Payroll 2.23.2 however, it seems almost directly on point and I wonder if Sage for some reason didn't incorporate the same fix into Payroll 2.24.0?
