    Cannot connect to payment server. Any conventional wisdom on what can cure this. Customer is using PC Charge to MAS 4.3. Standard response of ""it worked fine before and we didn't change a thing"". They can process directly on server Issue recurs on other computers , other credit cards Claimed no server changes Advised to try a server reboot but wonder if there is any known issue I should suggest as a fix.

    Does the security software on the server include a firewall? Sounds like the PCCharge port is being blocked - could have been an update to the security software screwed it up.
