Customer wants all sales orders that are deleted to also require a cancel/reason code.
At present, there does not seem to be a way to require a cancel/reason code for sales order entry.
If you select YES as shown here in SO Options:

Then I believe that the deleted order is saved to history but we aren't prompted for a cancel/reason code.
If you change that option to PROMPT as shown in SO optionis here:

Then you do get prompted however each prompt allows the user to say NO to saving history and to cancel from saving a reason code.
Am I overlooking something or is there no way to require that users enter a cancel code for a deleted sales order that is retained into history?
