Can you use Crystal to create CRM reports?

Absolutely. And you can publish them through the Reports screen Custom Reports area. We have a Crystal Reports publishing add-on for Sage CRM but try it using the free stuff first. It's usually perfectly fine.

Does CRM have a run time version of Crystal or do you have to buy Designer licenses? Which brings up an interesting question, has ANYONE ever bought more designer licenses??

You can run Crystal reports through the CRM interface but you have to buy the Developer / Designer to create them. Regarding running Crystal reports through the interface ... it isn't easy to secure them or feed parameters. That's why we built our own CR publishing tool. Like I said above though - it's not needed for everyone.

Good question Jeff. Technically, users get what, 2 or 5? I have never bought additional licenses....

These days, it is 2. But I've never seen additional licenses for sale by Sage.

They're on the price list at $495 each.
