You might want to put tentative cost of $200.

Questions to ponder an answer. Are we going to charge everyone the same, charge Associates a slightly higher fee, charge guest yet a different fee. If we charge all the same, is there any incentive to participate at a higher level or is this a pay to play plan, everything and all members (and non members) have equal status?

Get out of my Brain Jeff. I was thinking the exact thing. for example.. $200 for Fellows and $250 for Associates and $300 for Non Members - Guest ( from member firms)

In my view this is a member conference - everyone at each level pays the same price. As to whether we admit non-members (unaffiliated with any firm) my vote is at only a much higher rate.

Membership has its privileges and it should apply to this conference.

Why don't you tell us how you really feel, Wayne. I vote for Jim's and the only non-member is from a firm WITH a member.

I vote to keep it simple for fellows and associates. I don't care how much it is for non-members sponsored by current members. I'm not opposed to making that the same too to make it dead simple. Most of the people tagging along are from our current members' firms. Why penalize them for attending and contributing the discussion? Some people simply will not join the group but that doesn't mean they won't benefit from a get-together like this (and we benefit from more minds). Just my 2 cents. tl;dr price it the same for everyone.
