Can we chat today or tomorrow about the suite for Summit. a. Size/Cost b. Dates (from when to when) c. Who is staying in it d. Events we would like to host

Can't make it tonight but maybe tomorrow. Regarding dates - Sunday through Wednesday (three nights). Maybe Satruday night when everyone is coming in. We could have open bar each night from 5 - 7 (not sure what else is happening) then. Don't have any preference on who stays but since it is a suite perhaps the occupants could bear some to room fee. One night could be for Sage 300, another for the Sage 100 gang. I would be willing to be refreshment supplier. Perhaps we could get Deb Thomas as a sommelier. Perhaps opening night, we invite the Sage idiots and have a meet the idiots night (seriously, we call it something else).

My thoughts are that we should get the executive suite. It is 600 per night. It is the size that Gary got last year. I think we need it Sat to Thursday . Wayne and i were already planning on rooming together ( last time is heard anyways). We will be happy to man the suite. I would think that We could offset the cost with the normal room fee. (209 per night. ) 90minds would pick up the difference and could supply of the food and refreshments. We could definitely host the different nights.
