  • 1.  Can the STANDARD Report Setting for Reports be Hidden or Retricted by User

    Is there a way to prevent a user from accessing the STANDARD report setting, while allowing the same user to run another report setting.. a modified copy of the STANDARD setting.

    One workaround per @Kevin Moyes on a post I had last week:  Enable the Print User Logon on Reports in Library Master, Company Maintenance, Preferences.  Then, suppress report sections using the PrintedByUser field.  It would be great if there was something else that I am missing that could restrict access to particular report settings on the off-the-shelf reports.

    Similarly, I want to customize an ALE per module/form to use specified Form Codes.  Does anyone know which of these map to Form Code ALE's by module/form?  "SY_ReportSetting Report Setting List" changes all forms in all modules.
