This is the process I use: first stop service via systray icon and then 'exit' it, and then Uninstall it via add/remove programs. confirm Service is now gone from Services screen. Delete c-drive remnants: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Advisor\ and C:\ProgramData\SageAdvisorUpdate\ ; I think previously this folder was on the root of c: )

Rockin'. Thanks Brett. I appreciate the quick response. I will try this tonight when all users are off.

Jeff, If I disable the service (opposed to uninstalling) will it stop loading updates?

You will probably still get the app in the tray even if the service is disabled, and the last Windows 2012 I looked at for that it did not show in msconfig or the startup folder but still ran. Tempted to start reporting it to the AV companies... Note that you will need to uninstall again after each update that you do install.
