  • 1.  Can PARTNERS still create support tickets online?

    Is it possible for partners to create new support tickets online for Sage 100? 
    If so, where would I go? I see a link to create a support ticket but it appears to be for CUSTOMERS as the link dead ends me back in the partner portal

    I was just able to enter two support tickets under the "Support ticket" section of SAGE Partner Portal (sagenorthamerica.com)

    While I see the support ticket section of the portal it doesn't seem like I can create support tickets there. I'm guessing that it has to do with account permissions which may not be allowing me to see some aspects of the portal.
