  • 1.  Can Paperless docs be stored on a different server than the Sage server? I used to know this . . .

    The client is upgrading and the new version is on a different server than the old server.  Can they continue to store documents on the old server, which is not going away?  We're talking about customer invoices.  I don't remember.

    Yes. If you’re running Advanced or Premium the account running the service or App must have rights to see the other server.

    Had this once where the customer used a local admin which I guess couldn’t see other servers.

    Updated the account and it worked.
