Just in the past 48 hours:
(1) Live upgrade scheduled for 8 am yesterday. Around noon the day before I tested my remote connection and notified IT it was not working. 8 am next day - still not working. Sometime after 10 am I get a call from the ID10T that he has finally fixed the problem, which was that the network cable was unplugged.
(2) Get the server work done, and the ID10T sends me IP addresses for workstations to RDP to, but does not give my account rights to log on to said workstations. After another hour or so waiting, the controller takes my screenconnect link around to each workstation so the upgrade can be done.
(3) Different customer, different ID10T: Calls me up that he is setting up a new Windows 10 machine and needs the Sage license information. I explain that workstation setup does not need license info. Guess what he was installing...
