  • 1.  Can customers who are note yet on payroll tiers pu

Can customers who are note yet on payroll tiers purchase the DD module separately prior to the date upon which the customer is forced to migrate to payroll tiers? I have a payroll customers whose maintenance expires 3/2017 and is not yet required to be on tiers. They are looking to add DD and have called Sage directly and I think they were told that they have to join tiers and couldn't purchase DD. I'm still trying to verify this with the customer. Do you know if Sage is no longer selling DD to people not on the payroll tiers?

When we asked Sage this last week they said our client's best option was to sign up for the payroll subscription now. We're were sure whether to interpret this as a 'No' but as our client is up for renewal in three months they decided to wait until then.

The Direct Deposit module is no longer on the May 1, 2016 price list making me think that Sage is no longer selling it without a payroll subscription.

Question about Payroll Tiers: If payroll client does not now own the Direct Deposit module. And they renew into the Payroll Tiers Subscription on their upcoming renewal date, do they then own the Direct Deposit module? Can they implement Direct Deposit without using the SAGE Direct Deposit Service?
