Can anyone confirm to me the percentages for Bronze, Silver & Gold for the perpetual renewal. It used to be 20%, 21% and 25%....

Silver - 21% Gold - 25% Platinum - Gold + $2,000 (?) Someone double check me as I'm going off memory - especially the platinum Edit: Changed Platinum added cost to $2,000 instead of $2,500

Platinum is 35%.

Do you know if platinum is a recent change? On October 2015 Michelle Woofolk provided this response to my inquiry: _**c. What are the business care percentages for silver / gold / platinum for use in figuring the annual maintenance cost for those who remain on perpetual?**_ Same as today Silver is 21%, Gold is 25% - what's new is Platinum, which is a flat fee of $2000 on top of Gold.

Relax....non of my customer will even look into the Platinum option??????
