Can anyone confirm that GL Custom Financials is NOT available in 2013/2014 Premium, or is there another unhide utility I need? I can't get on to the client's test 2014 system to try it, and now I can't get another instance of 2014 installed on my local machine to play with, so I have to bug other people :)

It is definitely not available in 2013/2014 premium... unfortunately. Other than the limited text formatting capability, I loved the old custom financial reports.. very flexible in creating custom descriptions and the ability to link accounts.... unlike SI which requires you to run an obstacle course if you want to link accounts to custom line descriptions outside of the group formatting.

You can copy your instance of 2014 to another location and create a shortcut that points to it if you're running Standard. *UNHIDEGL still worked on my 2013.

Thank you both. I assumed that if the SY_MENU_UI didn't show it in 2014 (which was what I tried) that it wasn't available in 2013 either. I can try *UNHIDEGL on 2014 just to make double-sure, but I'll have them look into SI right away.

I like Biznet and good old trusty F9.

It's not available in 4.5 Premium, either - am assuming because it's not ""framework

    *UNHIDEGL works in 2014 also.

And 2015 - just as long as you're not Premium. I have a feeling it will work until the next iteration of Sage 100 (assuming there is one). They already put the effort into getting it to work with the file structure, so why get rid of it?
