Can anyone assist me with getting a hold of DSD? I'm dead in the water because I can't unlock my client's enhancement. I have the worse luck with unlocking DSD enhancements for some reason. @JimWoodhead? @DougDeane?

I usually get their unlocking file emailed to me so I don't have to try the web unlocking routine. Have not had issues going that route.

Me, too, @ChristineReeders, but the .enc file I had was the old Serial #.
