    Can anybody access customer info in the portal currently? Keeps coming up blank, but I've tried multiple IE versions and compatibility mode

    Are you using the asterisk wildcard?

    I got it working by dialing into our terminal server running IE6. This site is such a POS it's not funny. The UI is pathetic, you can't even resize columns in a grid. The version SAP uses for B1 is lightyears ahead. This is like running MAS90 1.14
