Can a client upgrade to CRM 7.1 sp2 and still be on SAGE 100 4.5.6 ? Or do we have to upgrade to MAS 2013 to have access to the quick orders and tablet devices etc.?

Quick orders are part of CRM 7.2, which I don't believe is supported with version 4.5. You can download tablet component from the CRM Community Website. The 7.1 tablet component is ""beta"" but none of my clients has ever reported any problems to me. Edit: I was a little out of it yesterday -- The statement by Alan Niegarth is correct. Ignore what I said about 7.2. :) #doh

Thanks @AaronClark , I was afraid that was going to be the answer. Not sure I want to tackle that animal yet.

Quick Orders are part of 7.1 SP2. The version of Sage 100 has to be 2013. It is using Sdata technology in Sage 100 and Sage CRM which makes the magic happen. Sage support says their quick order tablet version is slotted for June/July time frame.

I tihnk you need to be on 'Advanced' /MAS 200 also. 90/Standard I don't believe allows this.
