  • 1.  Calling all Sage HRMS Gurus

    All,

    Client running Sage 100 2019 PU 3 ADV and the Sage HRMS version below.  Seems that the programs have incompatible Crystal versions.  Install the Sage 100 client and 100 Crystal reports run fine.  HRMS' do not.  Install the HRMS version and Sage 100 reports die.  I know there were issues with Sage Fixed Assets and Sage 100 2017.  Are there issues with HRMS as well.

    If so, what is the fix?  Last summer with v2018 installed, HRMS tech support tried to fix the issue and client ended up having to restore half the Sage 100 folders because the tech trashed them.  Hard to believe but I saw the after math with my own eyes.  Now HRMS wants to have a go with the attempted fix but client is hesitant to let HRMS anywhere near the workstation,

    Is there anyone in HRMS support that knows the ropes.  Client HRMS consultant has no other clients running Sage100.

    Question 2)  Does the Sage HRMS link work with Sage PR 2.2???

    Jeff, I'm not a HRMS partner. However, I have a Sage 100 customer who has HRMS. After I upgraded them to 2018 Adv last summer, they couldn't run reports out of HRMS. They would receive the error that you see in the attachment. I found a KBA. Once they applied the patch, it started working. The link to the KBA is

    I punted.  Reinstalled Sage 100 client, verified that Crystal ran.  Tried to run a Crystal report in HRMS.  It bombed.  Send information to HRMS consultant.  Included the KB and fix.  Issue is exactly like the Sage 100 / Sage Fixed Asset issue with incompatible Crystal versions.  Will let HRMS deal with it.
