    "Alex is not able to update production management, inventory management and sales journals. Unfortunately, we don't have the error codes or reports."

    Is anyone available that can figure out the solution to this issue, please? (Because I'll be busy banging my forehead on my desk for a while.)

    Make sure they are clicking Print, not Preview.

    Verify the PDF journal is being generated properly... if not: Paperless issue... if the PDF is there, probably Role permissions.
