    Call from client: Error 80 Invalid key definition Number or name Program ap_531smcdelete change vendors_ui.pvc I re-initialized the files but he continues to get the error message. They use Service Center (DSD via ASI) so wondered if that's the source of the odd looking program name. Ideas @NicoleRonchetti ?

    Kathryn any time a program name is preceded with a developer code, then it is that developer's program that is the problem. The SY_developer file has the complete list of Master Developers so you can determine who developer 531 is.

    Thanks @JaneScanlan for confirming. It was ASI so calling DSD now.

    DSD fixed an Error 80 AP_531SMCDeleteChangeVendors_ui.pvc Line 0045 June 2016. Current SMSM is 07/10/2017. Download and install the current build for the version and see if the issue is fixed. If not, please email Enhancements@dsdinc.com and have a support case created.

    Kathryn the client has the old ASI version. You should consider installing the DSD version. Charles was attempting to do both a Delete and a Merge/Change on the same vendor (SEM) which may have caused the Error 80. I cleared the Delete and performed the Merge successfully.
