California Payroll Sick Leave Law. Does anyone know if the Payroll module is going to handle the new requirements starting July 1? As I understand it, the requirements are as follows: Accrue 1 hour per 30 hours worked; begins on hire; includes regular and overtime hours, not vacation or holiday. Accrual capped at 48 hours. Doesn't start again until available hours are less than 48. Eligible to use after 90 days from hire date. Use capped at 24 hours per year; based on anniversary not calendar. Unused carries over to following year (anniversary). Must give weekly statement on hours available (can be on check stub).

Is the time cumulative?? I.E. If they work 40 hours, does the 10 hours carryover to the next paycheck. I am thinking the 3rd benefit type could be used here.
