    **Bylaws Attorney Reviewed Redline Copy** Attached are the bylaws Ted Phlegar reviewed for us. This is a redline copy, showing the edits. He clarified quite a bit. There are also new sections - logo usage by members & conflict of interest. The legal protections of the board and ED are more defined as well.
